To begin the referral process, please call our referral line at 401-400-9186 and leave a message including your name and phone number. When making a referral, please have the full name, DOB, type of insurance and the insurance number available. Our Intake Coordinator will call you back within 24 hours. Insurance companies accepted:

• United Behavioral Health
